2023 Mazda CX-50

The 2023 CX-50 comes in 10 trim levels: 2.5 Turbo Premium Plus, 2.5 Turbo Premium, 2.5 Turbo Meridian Edition, 2.5 Turbo, 2.5 S Premium Plus, 2.5 S Premium, 2.5 S Preferred Plus, 2.5 S Preferred, 2.5 S Select, and 2.5 S. The base 2.5 S and higher trims have a prominent grille with the Mazda emblem in the center, automatic LED headlights, a sculpted hood, and daytime running lights. You'll also get a rear wiper and washer, rain-sensing windshield wipers, a rear spoiler, 17-inch wheels, dual exhaust, and turn signals for the side mirrors. With the 2.5 S Preferred and higher trims, you'll get heated side mirrors and a power liftgate with height settings. The 2.5 S Premium Plus, 2.5 Turbo Premium, and 2.5 Turbo have 20-inch wheels, and the 2.5 Turbo Meridian Edition uses 18-inch wheels.

The 2.5-liter, four-cylinder engine can deactivate some cylinders to conserve fuel when you don't need full power. It offers 187 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque. With the 2.5 Turbo Meridian Edition and higher trims, you'll get a turbocharged version of the engine that gives 256 horsepower and 320 pound-feet of torque with 93-octane premium fuel. Both engines use a six-speed automatic transmission with a manual mode.

With all trim levels, the 2023 Mazda CX-50 comes with sport, normal, and off-road driving modes and all-wheel drive. The 2.5 Turbo and higher trims also have a towing mode.
