Power and Performance

The CX-90 is available with either a 280 or 340-horsepower turbocharged six-cylinder engine. Both options come with all-wheel drive and a six-speed automatic transmission. You can tow up to 3,500 pounds with the base powertrain and 5,000 pounds with the upgrade. The base model has Sport and Off-Road Modes while the higher trims add a Tow mode.

Higher trims trade the touchscreen for a 12.3-inch version with wireless smartphone connectivity.

You can also add two additional USB ports in the third row, wireless charging, and a 12-speaker Bose sound system with satellite radio.

Each CX-90 model is equipped with automatic windshield wipers and high beams, rear seat alert, vehicle exit warning, driver attention warning, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring, and stop-and-go adaptive cruise control. Front and rear parking sensors, forward cross-traffic braking, a surround-view camera, reverse automatic braking, and reverse pedestrian detection are also available.
