There’s no more exciting question in the English language than “Anyone want pizza?” We know your family does, so fire up the Mazda CX-5 with room for all and head to one of these spots for the best pizza here in Wooster, OH.

Your Pizza Shop

Found at 503 East Liberty St., this joint is open from 3 PM until 9 PM Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, they open early at 11 AM and close at 10 PM. On Sundays, they are open from 1 to 8 PM. We highly recommend the pizza, wings, fresh salad, and delicious pasta here.

One of the nicest things about this place is not only is the pizza excellent, but everything else you order here is also great. That means if you have a kid who hates pizza and will only eat chicken nuggets, you don’t have to make a separate stop at a fast food joint. The nuggets here are fantastic.

Coccia House

If your idea of a pizza is Italian thin crust, then Coccia House is definitely the place for you. You will find them at 764 Pittsburgh Ave., and they are open from 3 PM to 8 PM Thursday through Sunday. This place has been open since 1958 and offers authentic Italian American food and delicious wine. If you do choose to drink, please do so in moderation and never drink and drive.

They have delicious carryout pizzas and cheese, pepperoni, veggies, deluxe, and more. They also have a fantastic antipasto salad and weekly specials, which they announce on their Facebook page. Try the sausage and pepperoni pizza in particular: it’s a local favorite.

East of Chicago

If you enjoy Chicago-style pizza, this is the place for you. They also do nice subs and wings. You will find them at 801 W. Old Lincoln Way, and they are open from 11 AM until 7 on Mondays, until 9 on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and until 10 on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sundays, they stay open until 8 PM.

Choose from pan pizza, crispy pizza, loaded crust, authentic Chicago style, and more. Their specialty pizzas are very nice, and we particularly enjoy the deluxe, which comes with pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, onions, green peppers and olives, and banana peppers. If you are really hungry, try The Tower. If you want something that’s not pizza, we really enjoy their buffalo chicken baked sub.

These are three great pizza joints in our town. We hope you enjoy them, and once you have, stop by, and visit us at Mazda of Wooster. We’d love to make your next car-buying experience as fun and easy as pizza night!
